Terms & rules
General
- DocShop is a marketplace for legal digital goods. Sellers are independent users and are responsible for their listings.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. By registering you accept these rules.
Prohibited items
- Stolen or leaked data, payment cards, bank details, databases, hacked or stolen accounts.
- Forged or counterfeit documents and identity documents.
- Malware, phishing pages, hacking tools used for unauthorised access, and any service for fraud.
- Anything that violates the law or the rights of third parties.
Sellers
- Seller applications are reviewed by a moderator. Approved sellers publish their products on their own, and moderators may take down any product that breaks these rules.
- Sellers must deliver working items and honour the warranty period they set.
- The platform fee is deducted from each sale. Funds are released after the warranty period ends.
Disputes and refunds
- Buyers can open a dispute while the warranty period is active. A moderator decides the outcome, and the decision is final.
Enforcement
- We may remove content, freeze payouts, and suspend or terminate accounts at any time if these rules are broken. We may cooperate with law enforcement.
